A 40-hour a week schedule will be determined by business needs, Monday through Friday, between 8AM and 5PM CST, with one late night scheduled until 7PM.
This is a customer service position assisting a diverse student population. You will primarily support students receiving funding through Herzing University community partnerships by providing personalized guidance on financial aid options. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, student-focused environment and excels at clear, proactive communication. Financial Aid Advisors receive onboarding support through our On-the-Job Training Program and have opportunities for growth via our Career Pathways.
Pay is determined based on qualifications, experience, and circumstances. The hourly range is $19.56 to $28.85.
