Hours:

A 40-hour a week schedule will be determined by business needs Monday through Friday between 8AM and 5PM CST, with one late night scheduled until 7PM.

Job Details

This is a customer service position assisting a diverse student population. You will primarily support students receiving funding through Herzing University community partnerships by providing personalized guidance on financial aid options. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, student-focused environment and excels at clear, proactive communication. Financial Aid Advisors receive onboarding support through our On-the-Job Training Program and have opportunities for growth via our Career Pathways.

Qualifications

• Great customer service skills and experience.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with Student Information Systems (CampusNexus & Regent preferred).
• Title IV administration experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Pay and Benefits

Compensation is based on qualifications, experience, and circumstances. The hourly pay range for this position is $19.56 to $28.85. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a tuition waiver and reimbursement, health insurance, paid time off, and a retirement plan with company match. Physical Requirements

• Remain stationary most of the time.
• Occasionally move around the work location.
• Operate office and teaching equipment, including computers, copiers, fax machines, and A/V equipment.
• Use voice and hearing to communicate frequently with students, staff, or colleagues.
• Visual or other observation and assessment.
• Occasionally lift or carry up to 10 pounds.
