Hours:

A 40-hour a week schedule will be determined by business needs, Monday through Friday between 8AM and 5PM CST, with one late night scheduled until 7PM.

Job Details

This is a customer service position assisting a diverse student population. You will primarily support students receiving funding through Herzing University community partnerships by providing personalized guidance on financial aid options. Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced, student-focused environment and excel at clear, proactive communication. Financial Aid Advisors receive onboarding support through our On-the-Job Training Program and have opportunities for growth via our Career Pathways.

Qualifications

• Great customer service skills and experience.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with Student Information Systems (CampusNexus & Regent preferred).
• Knowledge of Title IV administration preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Pay

Compensation is based on qualifications and experience. The hourly pay range for this position is $19.56 to $28.85. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including tuition waiver and reimbursement, health insurance, paid time off, and a retirement plan with company match. Physical Requirements

• Remain in a stationary position most of the time.
• Occasionally move around the work location.
• Operate office and/or teaching equipment such as computers, copiers, fax machines, and audio/visual tools.
• Use voice and hearing to communicate with students, staff, or colleagues face-to-face or over the phone.
• Identify, observe, and assess visually or otherwise.
• Occasionally move, carry, or lift up to 10 pounds.
