A 40-hour a week schedule will be determined by business needs, Monday through Friday between 8AM and 5PM CST, with one late night scheduled until 7PM.
This is a customer service position assisting a diverse student population. You will primarily support students receiving funding through Herzing University community partnerships by providing personalized guidance on financial aid options. Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced, student-focused environment and excel at clear, proactive communication. Financial Aid Advisors receive onboarding support through our On-the-Job Training Program and have opportunities for growth via our Career Pathways.
Compensation is based on qualifications and experience. The hourly pay range for this position is $19.56 to $28.85.
