Hours: A 40-hour workweek will be scheduled based on business needs, Monday through Friday, between 8AM and 5PM CST, with one late night until 7PM.

This customer service position involves assisting a diverse student population. You will primarily support students receiving funding through Herzing University community partnerships by providing personalized guidance on financial aid options. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, student-focused environment and communicates proactively and clearly. Financial Aid Advisors receive onboarding support through our On-the-Job Training Program and have opportunities for growth via our Career Pathways.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and experience.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with Student Information Systems (CampusNexus & Regent preferred).
• Knowledge of Title IV administration preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay is determined based on qualifications and experience. The hourly range is $19.56 to $28.85. Physical Requirements

• Remain stationary for most of the time.
• Occasionally move around the work location.
• Operate office equipment, including computers, copiers, and audio/visual tools.
• Use voice and hearing to communicate frequently via face-to-face or phone interactions.
• Identify, observe, and assess visually or otherwise.
• Occasionally lift or carry up to 10 pounds.
