Job summary

Clearsulting is hiring a Manager, Change Management to lead change initiatives across finance transformations. Hybrid or remote work options are available, with up to 40% travel and in-person collaboration within a 45-minute radius of Cleveland, OH.

You’ll partner with OCFO teams, shape adoption strategies, and guide senior stakeholders through organizational change. You’ll leverage ADKAR/Prosci frameworks, drive readiness and training, and mentor junior colleagues as you deliver client programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in accounting, finance, business, organizational development, human resources, or a related field.
• 6+ years of relevant experience with hands-on change management in finance/enterprise transformations.
• Led change management workstreams for finance transformation, ERP, or digital finance initiatives across OCFO functions.
• Knowledge of core finance and accounting processes within OCFO.
• Ability to develop and execute change strategies addressing engagement, sponsorship, communications, learning, readiness, and adoption.
• Experience applying Prosci ADKAR or similar frameworks.
• Strong project management: milestones, risk/issue management, status reporting, stakeholder comms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive audiences.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Mentoring junior consultants and managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management strategy for finance transformation across OCFO.
• Advise finance leaders and translate objectives into adoption plans.
• Conduct change impact assessments and turn findings into interventions.
• Develop stakeholder maps, sponsorship, readiness, and communication plans.
• Apply ADKAR/Prosci methods tailored to client culture and scope.
• Partner with finance tech teams across OCFO functional areas.
• Translate complex changes into executive-ready messages.
• Lead workshops, interviews, and adoption activities.
• Define and track change metrics and raise risks.
• Manage change-related governance, milestones, and deliverables.
• Lead client workstreams and mentor junior staff.
• Grow value through additional finance transformation work.
• Contribute to Clearsulting methodologies and thought leadership.
