Job summary

Clearsulting LLC is seeking an Associate Consulting Manager in the United States. The role blends finance transformation work with client delivery, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will contribute across the end-to-end lifecycle, own workstreams, and build trusted client relationships while advancing your expertise in financial close, procure-to-pay, or advisory services. The position offers hybrid or remote work options.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience applying consulting, finance, accounting, operations, risk or technology skills.
• Exposure to financial close and reporting, procure-to-pay, or source-to-pay processes.
• 3+ years of project management and change management.
• Ability to learn new processes, industries, and technologies quickly.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Contribute across the end-to-end finance transformation lifecycle from assessment to post-implementation support.
• Own workstreams, plan activities, facilitate sessions, coordinate stakeholders, and produce documentation.
• Analyze current-state processes and data to identify root causes and opportunities.
• Build relationships with clients and internal teams, communicate progress and risks.
• Develop expertise in financial close, procure-to-pay, or business advisory.
• Share knowledge and support internal initiatives, tooling, and reusable methodologies.
• Review work and provide actionable feedback to junior staff.
