Job summary

Clearsulting LLC is seeking a Manager, Change Management to lead the change strategy for finance transformation initiatives and partner with finance leaders to translate objectives into adoption plans, readiness, communications, and training.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in change management within finance or ERP projects, strong communication and collaboration skills, and a proven ability to guide multi‑stakeholder programs in a fast‑paced consulting environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of change management experience in finance or enterprise transformation programs.
• Experience leading change management workstreams on finance/ERP transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management strategy and execution for OCFO finance transformations.
• Advise finance and accounting leaders on adoption plans, communications, learning and readiness.
• Develop stakeholder maps, sponsorship strategies, engagement and training plans.
• Identify risks and adjust change approach throughout the program lifecycle.
• Lead workshops, leadership alignment sessions and adoption activities.
