Job summary

Clearsulting is seeking a Manager, Change Management to lead change initiatives across finance transformation programs in the OCFO. The role blends strategy, stakeholder management, and hands-on execution with strong interaction with senior leadership.

You will drive adoption, craft communications, and guide teams through process and system changes, including ERP and digital finance initiatives, in a hybrid/remote US environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, finance, business, organizational development, human resources, or a related field.
• 6+ years of hands-on change management experience supporting finance, accounting, or enterprise transformation programs.
• Experience leading change management workstreams on finance transformation, ERP, or digital finance initiatives spanning one or more OCFO functional areas.
• Working knowledge of core finance and accounting processes and ability to quickly build depth in the specific OCFO area.
• Proven ability to develop and execute change strategies covering stakeholder engagement, sponsorship, communications, learning, readiness, and adoption.
• Experience applying structured methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR or comparable frameworks.
• Strong project management capability: workplans, milestones, risks, issues, status, and stakeholder communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the change management strategy and execution for finance transformation initiatives across OCFO.
• Advise finance and accounting leaders and translate objectives into practical change plans.
• Lead change impact assessments and translate findings into interventions.
• Develop stakeholder maps, sponsorship strategies, and engagement plans.
• Apply ADKAR/Prosci principles tailored to client culture and program scale.
• Partner with finance transformation teams across OCFO.
• Translate complex changes into executive-ready communications.
• Lead workshops, interviews, and adoption activities.
• Define and track change, readiness, engagement, and adoption measures.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables.
• Lead client workstreams and mentor junior team members.
• Build client relationships and identify value-adding opportunities across OCFO.
• Contribute to methodologies, tools, proposals, and thought leadership.
