Job summary

Clearsulting LLC, a global consulting practice, seeks a Consulting Manager to lead finance transformation engagements end-to-end, shaping delivery and ensuring client value. The role is based in the Cleveland area with hybrid or remote options, demanding 6+ years in finance/transformations and 1+ year of people management, plus US work authorization.

The compensation range is $120,000–$156,000 annually, with eligibility for a bonus program.

Qualifications

• 6+ years solving finance, accounting, operations, technology, or transformation challenges.
• 1+ year of people management experience.
• Experience leading multiple phases of complex client engagements.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and communicate clearly through executive-ready presentations and deliverables.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation engagements from strategy through execution and ensure measurable client outcomes.
• Own engagement planning, staffing, budgets, milestones, risks, governance, and execution.
• Serve as day-to-day leader and trusted advisor for client stakeholders.
• Develop subject matter expertise in financial close, procure-to-pay, or business advisory with tools like Blackline, Coupa, Alteryx, Microsoft Fabric.
• Support internal initiatives and business development activities including proposal development and demonstrations.
• Lead and develop project teams with clear expectations and coaching.
