Job summary

Clearsulting LLC is seeking an Associate Consulting Manager to drive end-to-end finance transformation initiatives across multiple client engagements. You will own workstreams, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver clear documentation and training materials while balancing risk and value for clients.

The role requires 4+ years in consulting or finance-related roles, strong project management skills, and hands-on experience with financial close and procure-to-pay processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience applying consulting, finance, accounting, operations, risk or technology skills.
• Exposure to financial close, procure-to-pay, data analytics or controls.
• 3+ years of project management/change management principles.
• Able to learn new processes and technologies quickly in ambiguous environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Contribute across the end-to-end finance transformation lifecycle from current-state assessment to post-implementation support.
• Own workstreams and deliverables with planning, facilitation, stakeholder coordination and documentation.
• Analyze processes, data and controls to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
• Build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, communicating progress and risks.
• Develop expertise in financial close, procure-to-pay or advisory; work with tools like Blackline, Coupa, Alteryx, Microsoft Fabric, Rossum, Savant Labs.
• Share knowledge and develop reusable tools and methodologies for internal growth.
• Review work of analysts and seniors, providing actionable feedback.
