Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience applying consulting, finance, accounting, operations, risk or technology to solve business problems.
• 3+ years of experience with project management and change management principles.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new business processes, industries, and technologies quickly.

Responsibilities

• Contribute across the end-to-end finance transformation lifecycle, including current-state assessment, requirements gathering, future-state process and solution design, configuration or development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Own assigned workstreams and client-ready deliverables by planning activities, facilitating working sessions, coordinating stakeholders, tracking progress and risks, and producing clear documentation, recommendations, and training materials.
• Analyze current-state processes, data, controls, and technology to identify root causes, evaluate improvement opportunities, and develop clear, data-informed recommendations.
