Job summary

Clearsulting LLC is seeking a Consulting Manager in the United States to lead finance transformation engagements from strategy through execution, shaping delivery and ensuring measurable client outcomes across process, data, controls, and technology.

You will own engagement planning, manage staffing and budgets, and serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders. The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and developing team members while contributing to firm growth.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience solving finance, accounting, operations, technology, or transformation challenges in consulting or industry environments.
• 1+ year of people management experience.
• Experience leading multiple phases of complex client engagements including scope, workplans, staffing, milestones, budgets, risks, governance, and change enablement.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, evaluate quantitative and qualitative information, and communicate clearly through executive-ready presentations and deliverables.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored visa support.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation engagements from strategy through execution, shaping delivery and ensuring measurable client outcomes.
• Own engagement planning and execution, including scope, workplans, staffing, milestones, budgets, risks, and governance.
• Serve as a day-to-day leader and trusted advisor for client stakeholders, navigate difficult conversations and resolve escalations.
• Work toward becoming a subject matter expert in financial close, procure to pay or business advisory; work with tools like Blackline, Coupa, Kyriba, Workiva.
• Contribute to growth by sharing knowledge, developing reusable tools, and supporting business development activities.
• Lead and develop project teams by setting expectations, delegating, and coaching.
