Job summary

Clearsulting LLC, headquartered in Cleveland with offices in Columbus, OH, Chicago, IL, and Dallas, TX, is seeking a Senior Consulting Analyst to contribute across the finance transformation lifecycle. You will own workstreams, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver client-ready results in a dynamic, hybrid/remote environment within the United States.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in consulting/finance roles, 2+ years in PM/change management, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience applying consulting, finance, accounting, operations or technology to solve business problems in a professional services or industry environment.
• 2+ years of experience with project management and change management principles.
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored visa support.

Responsibilities

• Contribute across the end-to-end finance transformation lifecycle, including current-state assessment, requirements gathering, future-state process and solution design, configuration or development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Own assigned workstreams and client-ready deliverables by planning activities, facilitating working sessions, coordinating stakeholders, tracking progress and risks, and producing clear documentation, recommendations, and training materials.
• Analyze current-state processes, data, controls, and technology to identify root causes, evaluate improvement opportunities, and develop clear, data-informed recommendations that balance business needs, risk, and implementation feasibility.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, communicate progress and risks proactively, resolve issues within your scope, and identify opportunities to create additional value for clients and Clearsulting.
• Work towards becoming a subject matter expert in financial close, procure to pay or business advisory; working with technologies like Blackline, Coupa, Alteryx, Microsoft Fabric, Rossum, Savant Labs and others.
• Contribute to Clearsulting’s growth by sharing knowledge, developing reusable tools and methodologies and supporting internal initiatives.
• Review the work of analysts, provide actionable feedback, and share practical approaches that strengthen individual and team capability.
