Deloitte's Finance Operate group seeks a Manager, Solution Delivery to shape Controllership / Record-to-Report managed services for Technology, Media & Telecom clients. You will lead engagements, mobilization, and delivery while collaborating with senior leaders.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in accounting/finance, 6+ years delivering managed services, CPA preferred, and ability to travel ~50%. You will drive process improvements and automation across finance operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 10+ years in accounting, financial reporting, controllership, record-to-report operations, or finance transformation.
• 6+ years in managed services, shared services, outsourced delivery, or finance operations.
• 6+ years working in Technology, Media & Telecom industry or with TMT clients.
• Experience supporting or leading solutioning, transition, mobilization, or delivery for finance managed services.
• Willingness to travel ~50% depending on client and engagement.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Architect and shape managed services solutions for Controllership / R2R opportunities in TMT.
• Lead BD, proposals, and client presentations for Finance Operate opportunities.
• Manage Finance Operate deal flow, pipeline visibility, and mobilization/delivery handoffs.
• Lead or support engagement mobilization and ongoing delivery, governance, transitions, and reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardization, automation, and technology enablement across engagements.
• Mentor team members and provide clear guidance to others.
