Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Manager, Solution Delivery in our Finance Operate practice to grow Controllership/Record-to-Report managed services for Energy, Resources & Industrials. You will shape client solutions, support sales pursuits, and lead mobilization and delivery excellence in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires deep accounting expertise, experience with managed services, and strong leadership to mentor teams and drive continuous improvement across engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or related field.
• 10+ years in accounting, financial reporting, controllership or finance transformation.
• 6+ years in managed services, shared services, or outsourced delivery.
• 6+ years in Energy, Resources & Industrials or serving ERI clients.
• Willingness to travel ~50% based on engagements.
• CPA license or master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architect and shape managed services solutions for Controllership/Record-to-Report in ERI.
• Lead business development, proposals, client presentations and RFP responses.
• Manage Finance Operate deal flow, pipeline visibility and qualification.
• Lead or support mobilization, governance, transitions, and reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardization, automation, and tech enablement.
