Job summary

Deloitte's Finance Operate practice is seeking a Manager, Solution Delivery to grow our Controllership / Record-to-Report managed services for the Technology, Media & Telecom sector. You will shape client solutions and partner with senior leaders to mobilize and deliver engagements.

Responsibilities include driving business development, managing deal flow, and leading deployment and governance across finance operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, controllership, record-to-report operations, or finance transformation.
6+ years in managed services, shared services, outsourced delivery, or finance operations.
6+ years in Technology, Media & Telecom industry or serving TM&T clients.
Experience supporting or leading solutioning, transition, mobilization, or delivery for finance managed services.
Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients you serve.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Architect and shape managed services solutions for Controllership / R2R opportunities in TM&T.
Lead business development activities, proposals, client presentations, and RFP responses for Finance Operate opportunities.
Manage Finance Operate deal flow with pipeline visibility and mobilization handoff to delivery teams.
Lead or support engagement mobilization and ongoing delivery, including governance and reporting.
Drive standardization, automation, and tech enablement across finance engagements.
