Job summary

Deloitte seeks a Senior Manager, Solution Delivery to lead Controllership/Record-to-Report managed services within the Consumer Industry. You will shape solutions, drive sales pursuits, and manage pipelines with senior client and Deloitte leadership across mobilization and delivery.

Ideal candidates will bring extensive finance operations experience, cross-functional leadership, and strong executive communication. The role requires travel and delivery excellence within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, controllership, Record-to-Report operations, finance transformation, or related finance operations.
• 8+ years of experience in managed services, shared services, outsourced delivery, or finance operations.
• 8+ years of experience working within the Consumer Industry or serving Consumer clients.
• Demonstrated experience leading solutioning, transition, mobilization, or delivery for finance managed services.
• Experience leading or contributing to business development activities, sales pursuits, proposals, client presentations, or RFP responses.
• Experience managing senior client stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams.
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients you serve.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee shaping of managed services solutions for Controllership/Record-to-Report opportunities in the Consumer Industry.
• Lead business development activities, sales pursuits, proposal development, client presentations, and RFP responses for Finance Operate opportunities.
• Own and manage Finance Operate opportunity flow for the Consumer sector, including pipeline visibility and mobilization.
• Lead engagement mobilization and oversee ongoing delivery, governance setup, transition planning, and service management.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardization, automation, and technology enablement across finance operations engagements.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and Deloitte leaders.
• Mentor and develop team members while contributing to Finance Operate growth and go-to-market activities.
