Job summary

Deloitte seeks a Manager, Solution Delivery within its Finance Operate practice to grow Controllership/Record-to-Report managed services for the Technology, Media & Telecom industry. You will shape client solutions, assist sales pursuits, and coordinate mobilization and delivery with senior leaders.

The role combines accounting expertise, managed services delivery, and commercial acumen with strong client leadership and cross-functional collaboration. Travel ~50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
• 10+ years of accounting, financial reporting, controllership, R2R, or finance transformation experience.
• 6+ years in managed services, shared services, outsourced delivery, or finance operations.
• 6+ years in Technology, Media & Telecom industry or serving TM&T clients.
• Experience supporting or leading solutioning, transition, mobilization, or delivery for finance managed services.
• Ability to travel ~50% depending on client engagements.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Architect and shape managed services solutions for Controllership/Record-to-Report opportunities in TM&T.
• Lead business development, proposals, client presentations, and RFP responses for Finance Operate opportunities.
• Manage Finance Operate deal flow, pipeline visibility, qualification, pursuit prioritization, and handoffs to mobilization and delivery teams.
• Lead or support engagement mobilization and ongoing delivery, including governance, transition planning, service management, issue resolution, and reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardization, automation, and technology enablement across finance operations engagements.
