Job summary

Deloitte's Finance Operate team seeks a Manager, Solution Delivery to grow Controllership / Record-to-Report managed services for the Energy, Resources & Industrials Industry. You will shape client solutions, support sales pursuits, partner with senior leaders, and contribute to mobilization and delivery excellence.

This role combines accounting domain expertise, managed services solutioning, ER&I industry experience, commercial acumen, and strong client leadership. Travel ~50% expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, controllership, or finance transformation.
• 6+ years in managed services, shared services, outsourced delivery, or finance operations.
• 6+ years in Energy, Resources & Industrials industry or serving such clients.
• Experience leading solutioning, transition, mobilization, or delivery for finance MSPs.
• Ability to travel ~50%, based on client needs.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Architect and shape managed services solutions for Controllership / R2R opportunities within ER&I.
• Lead business development, proposals, client presentations, and RFP responses for Finance Operate opportunities.
• Manage Finance Operate deal flow, pipeline visibility, qualification, prioritization, and handoff to mobilization.
• Lead or support engagement mobilization and ongoing delivery, including governance and service management.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardization, automation, and tech enablement across engagements.
