The role blends accounting expertise, managed services, and technology with strong client leadership. Travel up to 50% is expected; security and compliance are key, and a CPA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required.
• 10+ years of accounting/controllership/record-to-report experience required.
• 6+ years in managed services or outsourced delivery preferred.
• Experience with Finance Operate or similar service delivery is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architect and shape managed services solutions for Controllership/Record-to-Report opportunities.
• Lead business development, proposals, and client presentations for Finance Operate opportunities.
• Manage Finance Operate deal flow, pipeline visibility, and mobilization handoffs.
• Lead or support engagement mobilization and ongoing delivery with governance and reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardization, automation, and technology enablement across engagements.
