Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Manager, Solution Delivery to grow our Controllership/Record-to-Report managed services in the Financial Services Industry. You will shape client solutions, support sales pursuits, and partner with senior leaders to mobilize and deliver engagements.

This role combines accounting expertise, managed services, and commercial acumen with strong client leadership to drive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, controllership, record-to-report operations, or finance transformation.
• 6+ years of experience in managed services, shared services, outsourced delivery, or finance operations.
• 6+ years of experience working within the Financial Services Industry or serving Financial Services clients.
• Experience supporting or leading solutioning, transition, mobilization, or delivery for finance managed services.
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Preferred).
• Active CPA license (Preferred).
• Experience with ERP/finance technologies (SAP, Oracle, Workday, BlackLine, OneStream).
• Experience supporting process improvement, automation, or service delivery transformation.

Responsibilities

• Architect and shape managed services solutions for Controllership/Record-to-Report opportunities.
• Lead business development activities, proposals, client presentations, and RFP responses for Finance Operate.
• Manage Finance Operate deal flow, pipeline visibility, and solution coordination.
• Lead or support mobilization and ongoing delivery, governance, transition planning, service management.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardization, automation, and technology enablement across engagements.
