Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 10+ years in accounting, financial reporting, controllership, or finance transformation.
• 6+ years in managed services, shared services, outsourced delivery, or finance operations.
• 6+ years in Energy, Resources & Industrials industry or with clients in that sector.
• Willingness to travel about 50% on average.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Architect and shape managed services solutions for Controllership/Record-to-Report opportunities in E/R/I industry.
• Lead business development, proposals, client presentations, and pursuit responses for Finance Operate.
• Manage Finance Operate deal flow with pipeline visibility and prioritization.
• Lead or support mobilization and ongoing delivery, governance, transition, and reporting.
• Drive standardization, automation, and tech enablement across finance operations.
