Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related business discipline.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum eight years in finance, FP&A, or related analytical roles; law firm or professional services background preferred.
• Experience leading analysts or staff; strong financial modeling and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the finance team with oversight of reporting, budgeting and variance review.
• Develop financial models and analytics, dashboards, and KPI frameworks for leadership.
• Prepare materials for senior leadership discussions and executive summaries.
• Oversee internal reporting for firm, offices, practice groups, and departments.
• Coach and mentor team members; support professional development.
• Lead finance transformation and automation to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure data integrity and collaborate with Accounting and IT on data quality.
• Respond to ad hoc requests and provide timely, accurate deliverables.
• Maintain confidentiality of firm and client information.
