Job summary
DLA Piper is seeking a Knowledge Management Counsel – Finance, a senior professional responsible for strategic ownership of the Finance KM and innovation function, driving adoption and measurable impact across the firm. The role requires collaboration with the Finance practice group and cross-border coordination to support the practice and its clients.
You will design Finance-specific AI workflows, advise on tool selection, and lead KM projects that improve efficiency and knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- 10+ years’ experience in Finance Law with KM and legal practice innovation.
- JD from ABA-accredited law school and bar admission.
- Ability to lead cross-border projects and partner with senior leaders.
Responsibilities
- Independently formulates and regularly assesses Finance KM and innovation plan in consultation with practice leadership and partners.
- Collaborates with Finance practice group lawyers to solicit ideas for legal innovation and translate ideas into AI-enabled solutions.
- Develops Finance-specific AI workflows, prompts, agents, playbooks, and knowledge resources.
- Advises Finance attorneys on optimal AI tool selection for workflows and matter stages.
