Job summary

DLA Piper seeks a senior Knowledge Management Counsel – Finance to own the KM and innovation agenda, drive AI-enabled workflows, and deliver measurable impact across the Finance practice. This role partners with practice leadership and clients, coordinating cross-border projects and guiding technology adoption.

You will develop finance-specific playbooks, form precedents, and training programs, while leading collaboration with IT, OGC, BD/Marketing, and international teams to raise efficiency

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of Finance law workflows and cross-border financing.
• Experience translating practice needs into AI-enabled solutions for lawyers.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Formulates and updates the Finance KM and innovation plan in collaboration with leadership.
• Solicits Finance ideas for legal innovation and translates into AI-enabled solutions.
• Develops AI workflows, prompts, agents, and knowledge resources for Finance.
• Advises on AI tool selection for workflows and matter stages.
• Drives KM projects that boost efficiency and AI adoption.
• Maintains Finance-specific forms, precedents, and knowledge assets.
• Delivers KM/innovation training for Finance attorneys and clients.
