Job summary

DLA Piper is seeking a senior Knowledge Management Counsel – Finance to own the KM/innovation function within the Finance practice. You will drive adoption, lead initiatives, and collaborate with partners across offices to deliver measurable impact.

In this role you will develop AI-enabled workflows, curate finance knowledge assets, and mentor lawyers on tool selection and best practices, coordinating with international colleagues on cross-border projects.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA accredited law school and bar admission.
• 10+ years’ experience in Finance Law with KM and legal innovation.
• Strong knowledge of finance workflows and AI-enabled legal solutions.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Formulates and updates the Finance KM/innovation plan with practice leadership.
• Collaborates with Finance lawyers to source ideas for AI-enabled solutions.
• Develops Finance-specific AI workflows, prompts, playbooks and knowledge assets.
• Advises attorneys on AI tool selection for workflows and matters.
• Drives KM projects to improve efficiency and AI adoption across offices.
