DLA Piper is seeking a Knowledge Management Counsel – Finance to lead the Finance KM and innovation function. The role focuses on AI-driven workflows, cross-border coordination, and strategic adoption in collaboration with the Finance practice leadership.

The senior professional will drive measurable improvements, curate knowledge assets, and train attorneys and clients in KM and AI-enabled capabilities across U.S. offices with a flexible hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• Deep familiarity with Finance law workflows and capital markets.
• Advanced proficiency with legal technology tools and AI platforms for workflows, prompts, playbooks, and agents.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Formulates and updates the Finance KM and innovation plan in coordination with leadership.
• Collaborates with Finance lawyers to translate ideas into AI-enabled solutions with measurable value.
• Develops Finance-specific AI workflows, prompts, and knowledge assets.
• Advises on AI tool selection for workflows and matter stages.
