Job summary

DLA Piper LLP (US) is seeking a senior Knowledge Management Counsel – Finance to own the KM and innovation function, driving AI-enabled adoption across the Finance practice. You will collaborate with practice leaders and partners to deliver measurable impact with cross-border coordination.

You will guide tool selection, develop AI workflows, and lead KM training for attorneys and clients, ensuring deliverables align with firm strategy and client needs.

Qualifications

JD from ABA accredited law school.
Admission to state bar.
10+ years in Finance Law with KM and legal practice innovation.

Responsibilities

Formulates and updates the Finance KM and innovation plan with leadership.
Collaborates with Finance lawyers to solicit ideas for AI-enabled solutions.
Develops Finance-specific AI workflows, prompts, agents, playbooks, and knowledge resources.
Advises on optimal AI tool selection for workflows and matter stages.
Designs KM projects driving improvements in efficiency, AI adoption and knowledge assets.
Maintains Finance-specific forms, precedents and knowledge assets.
Delivers KM-focused training for Finance attorneys and clients.
