Job summary

DLA Piper seeks a Knowledge Management Counsel – Finance who will own the KM and innovation function, drive adoption, and deliver measurable impact within the Finance practice. This senior role involves collaboration with partners, cross-border coordination, and a focus on AI-enabled solutions.

You will lead development of Finance AI workflows, curate precedents, train attorneys, and serve as a strategic interface with firm leadership on KM strategy and resource allocation.

Qualifications

JD from ABA-accredited law school and bar admission.
10+ years’ experience in Finance Law with KM and legal-innovation background.

Responsibilities

Formulate and assess Finance KM/innovation plan with leadership and partners.
Collaborate with Finance lawyers to translate ideas into AI-enabled solutions.
Develop Finance-specific AI workflows, prompts, playbooks, and knowledge assets.
Advise on AI tool selection for workflows and matter stages.
Lead KM projects to improve efficiency, adoption, and knowledge sharing.
Maintain Finance forms, precedents, and knowledge assets.
Develop KM/innovation training for Finance attorneys and clients.
