Job summary

DLA Piper seeks a Knowledge Management Counsel – Finance to lead KM and innovation with strategic ownership. You will drive adoption of AI-enabled workflows and coordinate across jurisdictions, advising partners and lawyers on value-generating solutions.

Senior professional role requiring a JD and 10+ years in Finance law with KM and innovation experience. Hybrid work model and collaboration with IT, BD, and international teams are key aspects.

Qualifications

• Deep familiarity with Finance law workflows, especially fund, private, and hybrid capital and debt market financings.
• Advanced proficiency with legal technology tools and AI platforms for workflow, prompts, playbooks, and agents.

Responsibilities

• Formulates and updates the Finance KM and innovation plan in consultation with practice leadership and partners.
• Collaborates with Finance lawyers to solicit ideas for legal innovation and translate them into AI-enabled solutions.
• Develops Finance-specific AI workflows, prompts, agents, playbooks, and knowledge resources.
• Advises Finance attorneys on AI tool selection for workflows and matter stages.
