The role requires a JD with bar admission and 10+ years in Finance law, plus strong communication and project management skills.
Qualifications
- JD from ABA-accredited law school and admission to state bar.
- 10+ years in Finance Law with KM and legal practice innovation experience.
- Cross-border Finance project experience and collaboration with partners.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Finance KM and innovation plan with practice leadership.
- Collaborate with Finance lawyers to translate ideas into AI-enabled solutions.
- Develop Finance AI workflows, prompts, playbooks, and knowledge assets.
- Advise on optimal AI tool selection for workflows and matter stages.
- Design and execute KM projects to improve efficiency and AI adoption.
- Curate Finance forms, precedents, and knowledge assets.
- Deliver KM and AI training for Finance attorneys and clients.
- Monitor Finance market trends for thought leadership opportunities.
- Coordinate with international teams on cross-border projects.
- Foster collaboration across Finance lawyers, offices, and jurisdictions.
- Represent KM in interactions with senior leadership and departments.
