The role combines substantive Finance law insight with AI-driven innovation, developing workflows, training, and knowledge assets to improve efficiency and value. Hybrid U.S. office options available.

Qualifications

• Deep familiarity with Finance law workflows, including fund, private and hybrid capital and debt market financings.
• Advanced proficiency with legal technology tools and AI platforms for workflows, prompts, playbooks and agents.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Formulates and updates the Finance KM and innovation plan in consultation with leadership and partners.
• Solicts ideas from Finance attorneys and translates them into AI-enabled solutions.
• Develops Finance-specific AI workflows, prompts, agents, playbooks, and knowledge resources.
• Advises on AI tool selection for workflows and matter stages and provides practical guidance.
