Job summary

DLA Piper seeks a Knowledge Management Counsel – Finance to own the KM and innovation strategy for the Finance practice. You will lead cross-border projects, develop AI-driven workflows, and collaborate with partners to translate legal needs into practical technology solutions.

This senior role requires 10+ years in Finance law, strong KM and leadership, and the ability to drive adoption of AI tools across multiple offices with a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• JD with bar admission and at least 10+ years in Finance Law.
• Significant KM and legal practice innovation experience.
• Ability to translate needs into AI-enabled solutions and guidance for attorneys.

Responsibilities

• Independently formulates and regularly assesses the Finance KM and innovation plan in collaboration with practice leadership and partners.
• Collaborates with Finance practice group lawyers to solicit and translate ideas into AI-enabled solutions.
• Develops Finance-specific AI workflows, prompts, agents, playbooks, and knowledge resources.
• Advises Finance attorneys on optimal AI tool selection for workflows and matter stages.
