DLA Piper seeks a Knowledge Management Counsel – Finance to own the Finance KM and innovation function, driving adoption with measurable impact. You will collaborate with practice leadership, translate ideas into AI-enabled solutions, and lead cross-border initiatives to support the practice and clients.

This senior role requires deep Finance law workflow knowledge, strong leadership, and the ability to guide practical AI tool use across offices and jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Finance KM and innovation experience in a law firm or similar environment.
• Ability to translate practice needs into AI-enabled solutions and guidance.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently formulates and updates the Finance KM and innovation plan with leadership.
• Solicits ideas from Finance lawyers and translates them into AI-enabled solutions.
• Develops AI workflows, prompts, playbooks, and knowledge resources for Finance.
• Advises on AI tool selection for workflows and matter stages.
• Drives KM projects delivering measurable efficiency and AI enablement.
• Maintains Finance-specific forms, precedents, and knowledge assets.
• Delivers KM and innovation training for Finance attorneys and clients.
• Coordinates with international colleagues on cross-border Finance projects.
