Required are 10+ years in Finance law with KM/innovation experience, a JD, bar admission, and proven project management, collaboration, and communication skills to advance practical technology
Qualifications
- JD from ABA-accredited law school with bar admission.
- 10+ years of Finance law experience and KM/innovation exposure.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management.
Responsibilities
- Independently formulate and update the Finance KM and innovation plan.
- Collaborate with Finance lawyers to translate ideas into AI-enabled solutions.
- Develop Finance-specific AI workflows, prompts, playbooks, and knowledge resources.
- Advise on AI tool selection for workflows and matter stages.
- Design KM projects driving efficiency, AI adoption, and knowledge sharing.
- Curate Finance-specific forms, precedents, and knowledge assets.
- Deliver KM/innovation training for Finance attorneys and clients.
- Analyze Finance trends and identify opportunities for thought leadership.
- Coordinate cross-border Finance projects with international colleagues.
- Partner with IT/Innovation and other functions to align KM strategy.
