Landing Point is seeking a Human Capital Business Partner for Business Operations in Boston, MA to align HR strategy with Finance objectives and drive organizational effectiveness.

The role partners with senior Finance leaders to manage talent planning, performance, succession, and engagement, while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Requires 10+ years HR generalist experience, ideally in global financial services, with strong Excel and Workday skills.

Competenze

• 10+ years of HR generalist experience, preferably with Finance teams in a global financial services firm.
• Strong client and commercial focus with outstanding judgment and influencing skills.
• Strong execution and project management skills, with proficiency in Excel and HRIS (preferably Workday).

• Partner with senior HCBP and Finance leaders to align HR programs with team objectives.
• Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and talent-related needs.
• Support talent planning, succession planning, and performance management processes.
