Job summary

CHS Inc. is seeking a Strategic HR Business Partner for Finance to provide leadership and support to the CFO and global finance organization.

The role partners with finance leadership to drive talent, organizational capability, and change initiatives while balancing tactical execution with strategic advising. The candidate will develop talent solutions, lead succession planning, and collaborate with regional HR to optimize global talent practices across regions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years progressive human resources experience.
• 7+ years as a strategic human resources business partner and/or human resources manager.
• Experience supporting executive leadership and talent processes.
• People leadership experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute people and organizational strategies with Finance leadership.
• Identify risks, provide insights, and accelerate strategy execution.
• Lead strategic workforce planning and organizational design for the finance function.
• Guide organizational effectiveness including design, leadership team effectiveness, and change readiness.
• Drive talent development, succession planning and talent mobility across the function.
• Support annual talent reviews, compensation planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
