Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ related experience, or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience in vehicle reconditioning or auto body knowledge.
• Self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Team-based interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Requires physical ability and mental acuity to execute duties within required timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for resolving client issues across varied scope accounts, coordinating with auction teams and stakeholders.
• Provide exceptional customer service addressing inquiries related to vehicle condition or discrepancies.
• Coordinate sale vehicle run processes and maintain communication with auction departments for inventory movement and reconditioning timelines.
• Build relationships with clients, assess vehicles in the sales lineup for standards and quality, and prepare estimates for reconditioning to improve vehicle value.
• Audit condition reports and imaging to minimize policy losses and goodwill costs.
• Educate clients on auction processes and upsell Cox Automotive products and services as needed.
• Demonstrate safety commitment and adhere to all safety guidelines while performing duties.
• Coordinate redemptions and ensure proper documentation while maintaining compliance with PII policies.
