Cox Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a hands-on customer service and operations liaison focused on vehicle reconditioning and client relations. You will resolve issues, coordinate auction processes, and work closely with internal teams to ensure quality and timely service.

The role involves outdoor fieldwork with some office duties, requiring strong communication, organization, and adherence to safety and privacy standards.

• Role involves 70% outdoor fieldwork and 30% office administration.
• Safe drivers with valid license required.
• Prior experience in vehicle reconditioning or auto body knowledge.

Mansioni

• Primary point of contact for resolving client issues across simple to complex accounts.
• Provide exceptional customer service addressing vehicle condition inquiries.
• Coordinate sale vehicle run processes and communicate with auction teams.
• Build strong client relationships; prepare reconditioning estimates to increase value.
• Audit condition reports and imaging to reduce policy loss and expenses.
• Explain vehicle inspection data and identify repairs such as paint or frame damage.
• Educate clients on auction processes and upsell Cox/CAI products.
• Prioritize tasks, maintain professionalism in client relationships.
• Coordinate redemptions with proper documentation, adhering to PII policies.
• Ensure adherence to Cox standards for reconditioning quality.
• Apply knowledge of NAAA guidelines for vehicle announcements.
• Proficient with MS Office and internal business platforms.
• Demonstrate safety commitment and participate in Safety Excellence activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
