Cox Automotive - USA is seeking an Vehicle Operations Support Specialist II for an on-site role with a 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM schedule, Monday through Friday. The position includes mechanical inspections, reconditioning coordination, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth auction operations.

Responsibilities include client service, vehicle review, condition reporting, and collaboration with multiple auction departments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ related experience OR 5 years’ related experience
• Strong communication skills required
• Self-starter with minimal supervision
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written skills preferred
• Reconditioning inspection experience preferred
• Customer service oriented

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
• Review vehicles in sale lineup and coordinate readiness for sale
• Monitor vehicle reconditioning processes and support client teams
• Educate clients on company products and services
• Coordinate reconditioning services with senior peers and auction departments
• Understand auction services concepts and vehicle inspection processes
• Basic computer skills including Outlook and Excel
• Follow safety procedures and participate in Safety Excellence
