Aufgaben

• Primary contact for resolving client issues for accounts with auction teams and stakeholders.
• Provide outstanding customer service addressing vehicle condition inquiries and discrepancies.
• Coordinate sale vehicle run processes and communicate with auction departments for inventory movement.
• Prepare reconditioning estimates to improve vehicle value and supervise service approvals.
• Educate clients on auction processes and upsell Cox Automotive products as needed.
• Maintain adherence to safety, quality standards, and client SLA guidelines.
