Job summary

FUJIFILM Sonosite is seeking a Clinical Specialist (RDCS preferred) to support customers in and around the Washington, DC area, partnering with Territory Managers to demo products, close deals, and ensure ongoing positive customer experience. The role focuses on post-sale adoption and building long-term client relationships.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in diagnostic ultrasound, relevant RDMS/RDCS/RVT credentials, and the ability to travel extensively to client sites.

Qualifications

• 2 year degree from an accredited ultrasound teaching institution.
• RDMS in Abdomen/OB GYN, RDCS, or RVT.
• Must have at least 3 years’ experience in diagnostic ultrasound.
• Strong prioritization and customer understanding.
• Ability to travel 90% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Territory Manager in assigned territory to understand prospect’s clinical needs, demonstrate FUJIFILM Sonosite’s products, and close new deals
• Support the attainment of territory sales goals
• Attains annual KPI’s
• Own post‑sales activities in the field, such as encouraging customer product adoption and addressing any customer issues
• Work with Inside Sales Representatives to demonstrate products in the field when needed
• Identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities and pursue deals
• Provide Clinical/Technical/Educational support to customers
• Act as primary commercial resource in absence of Territory Manager
