Job summary

FUJIFILM Sonosite is seeking a Clinical Specialist in the Washington, DC area to partner with Territory Managers, demo ultrasound systems, and close deals while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

The role owns post-sale relationships, supports adoption, and trains customers on new products. Candidates should have an ultrasound background and be willing to travel up to 90% to client sites.

Qualifications

• 2 year degree from an accredited ultrasound teaching institution.
• RDMS in Abdomen/OB GYN, RDCS, or RVT.
• At least three years’ experience in diagnostic ultrasound.
• Experience prioritizing requirements and managing multiple tasks.
• Ability to translate customer needs into clear product requests.
• Understand clinical and business needs of customer and FUJIFILM Sonosite.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Territory Manager to understand prospect’s clinical needs, demonstrate FUJIFILM Sonosite products, and close deals.
• Support attainment of territory sales goals.
• Attains annual KPI targets.
• Implement products at customer site and train users.
• Own post-sales activities to encourage product adoption and address issues.
• Maintain FUJIFILM Sonosite presence at installed base client sites.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and raise them to the right teams.
