Job summary

FUJIFILM Sonosite in Washington, DC seeks a Clinical Specialist (RDCS Certification Preferred) to address clinical needs in the assigned territory and partner with Territory Managers. You will demo products, help close deals, and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes post‑sales support, training, and driving customer adoption while maintaining relationships at installed sites and identifying upsell opportunities. Location is central to the DC metro area.

Qualifications

• 2 year degree from an accredited ultrasound teaching institution.
• RDMS in Abdomen/OB GYN, RDCS, or RVT certification required.
• At least 3 years’ experience in diagnostic ultrasound.
• Experience prioritizing multiple requirements and translating needs.
• Ability to understand clinical and business needs of customers and FUJIFILM Sonosite.
• Translate customer needs into clear product requests.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Territory Manager to understand prospect’s clinical needs, demo FUJIFILM Sonosite products, and close deals.
• Support attainment of territory sales goals.
• Achieve annual KPIs.
• Implement products at customer sites and train users.
• Own post‑sales activities and encourage product adoption.
• Maintain presence and relationships at installed base sites.
• Convey value of products to users and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales to demonstrate products in the field.
• Identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities and pursue with Territory/Inside Sales.
• Provide Clinical/Technical/Educational support as needed.
• Support other areas of the company as needed.
• Act as primary commercial resource in absence of Territory Manager.
• Carry out the company quality system requirements.
