Qualifications

• Associate’s degree with 2–3 years relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years relevant professional experience.
• Strong emotional intelligence and situational awareness.
• Proficiency with basic computer operations including Microsoft Office and Outlook; following test and troubleshooting procedures.
• Ability to dedicate ~60% of each week to travel, including overnight stays.
• Ability to travel by commercial air, including potential travel outside the territory.
• Primary residence within the assigned territory.
• Space at home to securely store patient support materials.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and drive long distances.

Responsibilities

• Put patients at the center of every interaction with high-quality care.
• Travel to patient homes, physician offices, or healthcare centers for regular visits.
• Educate patients and caregivers on TTFields therapy and integration into daily routines.
• Provide ongoing training and individualized coaching for patients and caregivers.
• Perform technical analysis, troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance as needed.
• Collect and analyze patient data during monthly follow-ups and provide resources.
• Conduct virtual visits to improve accessibility and flexibility for patients.
• Provide timely phone, virtual, and in-person support, including weekends/holidays.
• Manage workload independently across territories and follow timelines.
• Communicate with Territory Managers and cross-functional partners.
• Complete required assessments and update standard operating procedures.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and complete related administrative tasks.
• Adhere to fleet vehicle maintenance, cleanliness, and related requirements.
• Adapt to changing business needs and schedules to support patients.
