Job summary

Novocure is seeking a compassionate Device Support Specialist to assist oncology patients using TTFields therapy. You will educate patients and caregivers per product labeling, provide ongoing coaching, and support therapy usage goals.

This field-based role requires frequent travel within an assigned territory, visits to homes and clinics, and collaboration with Territory Managers to ensure timely, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree with relevant experience required.
• Strong emotional intelligence and situational awareness.
• Proficiency in basic computer operations (MS Office, Outlook).
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel 60%+ of each week.

Responsibilities

• Travel to patient homes, physician offices, or healthcare centers for visits.
• Educate patients and caregivers on TTFields therapy and initiation.
• Provide ongoing coaching, training, and technical support.
• Perform equipment maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and comply with regulatory tasks.
