Job summary

Novocure Inc. is seeking a compassionate Device Support Specialist to support oncology patients using TTFields therapy. You will educate patients and caregivers, provide ongoing coaching, and help patients integrate TTFields into daily routines.

Qualifications

Associate's degree with 2–3 years of relevant professional experience or bachelor's degree with 1–2 years of relevant professional experience.
Strong emotional intelligence and situational awareness.
Proficiency in basic computer operations: Microsoft Office, Outlook, file management, troubleshooting procedures.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality care and service to patients.
Travel to patient homes, physician offices or healthcare centers for visits.
Educate patients and caregivers on TTFields therapy and integration into daily routines.
Offer ongoing training sessions and individualized coaching.
Perform technical analysis and equipment maintenance, including troubleshooting and replacements as needed.
Collect and analyze patient data during follow-up visits and provide resources accordingly.
Conduct virtual visits to improve accessibility for patients.
Provide phone, virtual, and in-person support, including on short notice or outside hours.
