Job summary

Novocure Inc is seeking a compassionate Device Support Specialist to support commercial oncology patients using TTFields therapy. You will educate patients and caregivers, provide ongoing coaching, and help patients meet therapy usage goals.

This full-time, field-based role requires travel across an assigned territory and collaboration with Territory Managers and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree with 2–3 years of relevant experience or bachelor’s with 1–2 years.
Strong emotional intelligence and situational awareness.
Proficiency with basic computer operations (Office suite, Outlook).
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel ~60% of time.
Primary residence within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality care and service centered on patients.
Travel to patient homes, offices, or centers for regular visits.
Educate patients and caregivers on TTFields therapy and integration into routines.
Offer ongoing training and individualized coaching for patients and caregivers.
Perform equipment maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
Collect and analyze patient data during follow-up visits and provide resources.
Conduct virtual visits to improve accessibility.
Provide timely support via phone, video, or in person, including outside hours.
