Job summary

Novocure Inc is seeking a compassionate Device Support Specialist to support commercial oncology patients using TTFields therapy. You will educate patients and caregivers, provide ongoing coaching and technical support, and help patients reach their therapy usage goals.

The role is full-time, exempt, field-based, requires travel within an assigned territory, and reports to the Regional Manager, Device Support Specialist. Prior travel and collaboration with cross-functional teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree with 2–3 years of relevant experience, or bachelor's degree with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong emotional intelligence and situational awareness.
• Proficiency in basic computer operations including Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Willingness to dedicate ~60% of time to travel including overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients.
• Travel to patient homes, physician offices, and healthcare centers for visits.
• Educate patients/caregivers on TTFields therapy and integration into daily routines.
• Offer ongoing training sessions and individualized coaching.
• Perform equipment maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
• Collect and analyze patient data during monthly follow-ups and provide resources.
• Conduct virtual visits to improve accessibility and flexibility for patients.
• Provide timely support by phone, virtually, and in person, including outside hours and weekends.
