Job summary

Novocure is seeking a Device Support Specialist in Peoria, IL. This full-time, field-based role educates patients and caregivers on TTFields therapy and provides ongoing coaching and technical support to help integrate treatment into daily life.

You will travel within an assigned territory, perform home visits, and collaborate with Territory Managers to ensure compassionate, timely patient care. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or bachelor’s degree with required experience.
• Strong emotional intelligence and situational awareness.
• Proficiency with basic computer operations including Microsoft Office and Outlook; able to follow troubleshooting procedures.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to travel ~60% each week including overnight stays.
• Primary residence within the assigned territory; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and drive long distances.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality care and service to patients.
• Travel to patient homes and offices for regular visits.
• Educate patients and caregivers on TTFields therapy and integration into daily routines.
• Offer ongoing training and individualized coaching for patients and caregivers.
• Conduct technical analysis and equipment maintenance, including troubleshooting and replacements.
